Besides regulatory requirements for regulatory and safety training, annual training on your operational and safety inititives helps ensure employees keep safety on the top of their mind and clearly understand what is expected within your workplace's safety culture. Best practice training goes beyond generic templates and expands to cover your specific internal programs and policies. Because of this we review elements of your safety programs that relate to your training topic. We will then create the training using our regulatory and safety knowledge and your specific program elements.
This ensures that your employees are not only covering regulatory requirements, but also know what is expected of them in the workplace. We understand that everyone learns in different ways and offer instructor led, train-the-trainer and workshop formats.
Each course can be up to 4 hours per session and quizzes and certificates of completion are available upon request.
